I only have Veganomicon from your list.

The other ones I have are:

The China Study

The Face on your Plate

Slaughterhouse

And next on my list will definitely be Eating Animals!

Great addition to the list! Actually, we just missed a presentation that Ms. Dawn did at a Mercy for Animals event last week. I wanted to attend, but was unable to. I'll have to pick up the book and check it out. Thank you for the heads up!

GREAT LIST! I have about a dozen from your list, but haven't read them all yet. Got any tips for how to actually finish a book? :-)

May I suggest "Thanking the Monkey: Rethinking the Way We Treat Animals" by Karen Dawn (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0061351857/dawnwatch). AMAZING book, currently reading it now and already learning lots. Unfortunately it's the kind of learning that makes you realize it's worse than you thought, and you already thought it was pretty horrible. :-/ Can't hide from it though, we have to know how entrenched the cruelty is if we stand any chance of fighting it.
