Being a vegan for 6 years and a lacto-ovo vegetarian before that for all my life has helped me realize that a plant based diet has more to offer than a block of tofu.

In fact, I’ve spent 5 years at an international school that has a vegan cafeteria. It has opened up my eyes to multicultural cuisine.

There are too many plant based varieties for me to possibly list in this blog.
