Sigh.  From Vegan Voyagers, Travel takes real planning for those who eat no meat, fish, eggs or dairy….

There is no hardship in traveling as a vegetarian. Vegetarians are everywhere. Vegetarian food is everywhere.  But when you are a vegan — eating no meat, fish, eggs or dairy — it’s quite a trick to travel.

Listen, isn’t it a trick to travel for anyone- vegan or not?  Just ask new parents how easy it is to take a road trip with little ones.

The hardest part, she says, is that most restaurant food — which is a bonding experience when consumed with friends on a trip — is off-limits to vegans.

Wouldn’t it be great if a mainstream article about veganism was positive and really reflected what veganism was about rather than so-called inconveniences that everyone faces when trying to eat out and be healthy?

Yeah.  That’d be great.
