"Here's the Meat of the Problem" aka "Reality & Your Eating Habits"

I'd like to personally thank Ezra Klein for bringing some not entirely unknown information to the mainstream media forefront- meat production causes more greenhouse gases than the entire global transportation sector (as we've known for years now).  As he points out, this fact is grossly ignored- even by organizations such as the National Resource Defense Council (NRDC) and the Sierra Club.  I know, how can one respect an environmental organization that ignores one of the largest polluters on Earth?
