This guide is a celebration of all-things vegan seafood.
First, an extensive shopping guide to help you find these options. Next, easy vegan recipes to make a wide variety of dishes at home. I included a few dipping sauces, too.

Finding vegan seafood in stores
While not as widely available as other vegan meats, these products are showing up more and more at grocery stores and big-box stores. You’ll find them in three places; the refrigerated, the freezer, and near other canned meats in the dry sections.
Typically, grocery stores stock vegan seafood options near non-vegan versions.
