Your Daily Vegan’s blog, The Daily Vegan Spin, has evolved into the internet Vegan Super-Center. Yourdailyvegan.com gives a voice to non-human animals. It’s a place to learn, network, have fun, and support the vegan lifestyle. The number of vegans today is growing and YDV exists to support that vegan niche. The mission of Your Daily Vegan is to promote online discourse of veganism, and of animal rights in general.
The Daily Vegan Spin still retains YDV’s unapologetic vegan viewpoint, and has spawned two new blogs, Vegan Leisure and Reviews. Since being vegan is a lifestyle, and not just a diet, Vegan Leisure showcases events, happenings, and entertainment. Reviews is driven by the “goat approved” rating system, and also provides a place for vegans to share their own experiences- good or bad- with vegan products.
The new and improved Your Daily Vegan also features forums, an event calendar, and classifieds, all tailored to the vegan lifestyle.
YDV’s premier new feature is Commercial Street. Economics influences nearly all aspects of daily human existence. How humans exist with other animals on this planet is no exception. Commercial Street is an interactive experience that shows people how their shopping habits affect the lives of others.
