Your Daily Vegan + The Daily Vegan Spin and all content contained herein is protected by copyright laws.  This means that you should not take, borrow, use, copy or distribute our content, images, or posts without prior permission.  If you choose to disobey this rule, Your Daily Vegan, or any affiliates, will pursue legal action to remove whatever you so conveniently “borrowed”.  Please understand, we are more than willing to support your vegan endeavor- just not at the expense of our own work.  So please contact me if you get pumped up about a piece we’ve published that you would like to reproduce.  Please be guided accordingly.  In other words, be warned.

These Terms of Use govern your conduct associated with the Product Ratings and Review service offered by www.yourdailyvegan.com (hereafter referred to as “YdV,” Your Daily Vegan,” “us,” “our,” and/or “we.”

By submitting any content to www.yourdailyvegan.com, you represent and warrant that:

  • you are the sole author and owner of the intellectual property rights thereto;
  • all “moral rights” that you may have in such content have been voluntarily waived by you;
  • all content that you post is accurate;

All content that you submit may be used at www.yourdailyvegan.com’s sole discretion.  YdV reserves the right to change, condense or delete any content on our website that is deemed, in its sole discretion, to violate the content guidelines or any other provision of these Terms of Use. YdV does not guarantee that you will have any recourse through www.yourdailyvegan.com to edit or delete any content you have submitted.  YdV reserves the right to remove or to refuse to post any submission for any reason. You acknowledge that you, not YdV, are responsible for the contents of your submission. None of the content that you submit shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of YdV, its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners or third party service providers and their respective directors, officers and employees.

By submitting your email address in connection with your rating and review, you agree that the Customer Ratings & Reviews service provider may use your email address only to contact you about the status of your review and for other administrative purposes.
