As a vegan for over 14 years, all of Carly Sitner's passions come back to one place: vegan food. After attending the Natural Gourmet Institute in NYC, she started her career as a baker, creating vegan desserts for Blossom NYC, Whole Foods NYC, Saint Cupcake PDX and other restaurants and bakeries on the east and west coasts. As if cooking for a living wasn’t enough, she spends her time at home creating recipes for her blog, A Profound Hatred of Meat.
