Some of us come to veganism based on one moment, one event. Others need a lot of little moments to get here.
Comparing the treatment of non-human animals to the treatment of humans is not an insult to the humans who suffered at the hands of their brothers; it's a wake-up call.
I chose these four writers because each of them brings a unique perspective on veganism, all different in style and delivery, but united under one common baseline.
As I enter my third year as a vegan, I am ridiculously pleased to be part of such a movement and to see animals in a light I never did through most of my life. Many of you might be able to relate to the question, “How could I have ever been so blind?”
