I had a very lovely day spent with two very lovely ladies. One of the best parts of the day was when we went to a local vegan restaurant, VegiTerranean. Maybe you’ve heard of it? It’s pretty stellar. It’s owned by a gal named Chrissie Hynde. Sound familiar? Yup, the one and only.
Anyway this was the dinner special that evening. I had one bite and fell in love…it wasn’t my dinner but it was fab!
