Four easy ways to get vegan protein
It’s the strangest thing, I can’t seem to find the actual company that makes these things. I think it’s Gardein – but maybe it’s not. I don’t know- Google won’t tell me with any amount of certainty. But regardless, these skewers are tasty. I wouldn’t say they are my favorite thing in the world to eat. These are the perfect thing for the “I-am-way-to-beat-to-cook-anything-that-takes-longer-than-ten-minutes-because-also-I-am-hungry-and-don’t-want-to-wait-to-eat” mood. They’ve got a decent amount of vegan protein, all you have to do it grab some some veggies and you’ve got dinner (or lunch, or hell- breakfast, whatever).
We give these It’s All Good (maybe Gardein) Skewers 5 Goatz for convenience but 2 Goatz for the pricey pricey-ness of how pricey these are- you get 4 skewers for $5.69, that’s pricey. So, by the power of my awesome math skillz, this means that these skewers get 3 Goatz.

Oh my, I think this is stuff is terribly overpriced and not that much better than most of what’s on the market.
It’s claims are just too much for what it is, the price point, and even the kcals. If you think of calories as something “good,” i.e. and that you need to eat to have energy, a package of these has on average way less than 500 calories.
That makes its price point perhaps higher than a fillet …. for a vegan product.
It’s okay, but all in all, but I’ve only purchased it 1) on sale to try it; and 2) never repurchased.
We can do better than this for ourselves, imo.
