Minute Maid teaches us...what exactly?

In this article

This commercial annoys me.

Oh I know, it’s just a commercial, right? It is, yes.  But for me, it is a perfect illustration of why it is so important to be consistent in the vegan message.  The bunny in the commercial is portrayed as an object, something easily replaceable with a “receipt.”

What’s ironic to me is the initial looks on the faces of the children.  The children realized how horrible it was for the teacher to treat a bunny that way.  Yet it was passed off by the adults as, “Oops, someone forgot to boost.”  Actually, it’s more like someone forgot compassion.  It’s the wrong message to send, to our children, to anyone.  And Minute Maid does it under the slogan, “Put good in, get good out.”
