Your truffles look amazing – I just want to bite and savour their flavour!

Yes – I have been making chocolates to give away for Christmas too!!! Just melting and remoulding, adding sweet centres etc. It has got me wanting to do it professionally! Any info or advice, recipes etc. would be appreciated!

I’m disappointed that the only vegan chocolate I can get to make mine with at a reasonable price is dark (Whittakers – I’m in Tasmania, Australia). I do have some vegan white choc chips (Sweet William) to mix it up a bit, but I don’t like their taste. I really want to know how to make vegan milk chocolate!!! And get some decent white chocolate!!!

I want to know how to make white chocolate as well, I buy my from Vegan Essentials – though I don’t think they make very good poured chocolate. The white chocolate just stays too thick for even spreading. BUT, it tastes pretty stellar in cookies!
