1. Carrot Spinach Ginger Juice
Ingredients
- Four (4) carrots
- A handful of spinach
- Thumb-sized chuck of ginger
Directions
- Juice carrots, then ginger, and add spinach at the end. Makes a delicious juice!

2. Simple Strawberry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 Cup or so Frozen Strawberries
- 1 Cup Soymilk
- 1/2 cup soy yogurt
- 1 Cup Orange Juice
Directions
- Blend until it is as thick as you want. If you need to, add more OJ or Soymilk

3. Spinach Mango Banana Juice
Ingredients
- 2 c freshly washed, packed spinach
- 1/2 c cold water
- 1 large mango, peeled and sliced
- 1 large frozen banana (peel & freeze banana for 2 – 4 hours prior to blending)
Directions
- Blend spinach and water until liquid & frothy
- Add mango & banana and blend on high

4. Grapefruit Mango Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 mango, sliced and frozen
- 1 grapefruit, cut into segments
- Grapefruit juice, ranging from 1/2 grapefruit to a whole depending on how thick you would like it to be
Directions
- Blend everything together in a blender. Add more juice if necessary to reach desired consistency.

5. Mango Carrot Banana Basil Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 Mango peeled and sliced from core
- 2 Medium sized Carrots
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 4-6 leaves of Basil
- 1 1/2 Cups Soy Milk (or alternative milk)
- 1 Stevia (optional)
- 3-4 Ice cubes
Directions
- Blend until smooth.

6. Carrot Cucumber Spinach Smoothie
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup carrot juice
- 3/4 cup cucumber juice
- 3/4 cup spinach juice
- 1/2 cup Silk Vanilla
- Ice to fill up blender
Directions
- Blend until fully combined

7. Gazpacho Delight
Ingredients
- 2 and a half cups tomato juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons onion
- 2 teaspoons cilantro
- 1 half teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon spinach
- 1 teaspoon cumin
Directions
- Blend until fully combined

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- Several handfuls of spinach
- 1/4 can of coconut milk
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 3 baby carrots
- A dash or two of cinnamon
Directions
- Blend until smooth adding water to reach the desired consistency

Ingredients
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1 bushel of kale
- 1 apple
- 1 2/3 cucumber
- 1-3 cups lemonade

- Blend until combined

10. Mango Carrot Cooler
Ingredients
- Mango
- Carrots
Directions
- Boil chopped mango and carrots with water to cover them till both are well cooked.
- Cool and blend with ice, a few mint leaves, cumin powder, lemon juice, salt and sugar to taste. Serve chilled!
The cooler is usually made with raw mango and is called Mango Panna!

The nutrients that you need are trapped in indigestible fiber. For instance, you can take in a lot more beta-carotene from carrot juice than eating a single carrot. You can digest juices easily, with very little effort from your digestive system.

I tried the passion fruit one. I wish that it came in a bigger bottle though, because I can finish 900ml in no time! It tastes amazing and I love that it’s organic with no sugar added. how long will these last in the fridge?
Hi, Micheal! Generally speaking, juice will keep for 24 – 48 hours (72 is the maximum) in an airtight container kept in the fridge.
