Mango Cobbler with Rum Anglaise

If you’ve ever been fortunate enough to travel to the Caribbean, then this dessert will remind you of warm tropical evenings spent at the rum bar, sipping quality rum with just-cracked-open-and-blended fresh coconut milk, and enjoying the local fruits.  If you’ve never been, one bite of this luscious decadence and you can feel what you’ve been missing.

Creamy, Dreamy Rum Anglaise made with Tempt

The rum anglaise is made with creamy, dreamy Tempt Vanilla Bean Ice Cream from Living Harvest- which might taste like a treat, but is made with the milk from a tiny nutritional powerhouse, hemp seed.  This stuff is delicious, really-  I have been temped, and it was good.

I offer up this decadence in a new guest post for Living Harvest, Mango Cobbler with Rum Anglaise. Please be sure to check it out!
