Springing Into Veganism

Let's all take the changing of the seasons as an opportunity for new resolve, new ideas, and new alliances. How will you bloom this season?

What's in this post

Am I the only one who is overjoyed to see winter high-tail it out of here? That’s not to say I want to see global warming continue it’s trend of warming the planet, but the whole “getting dark at 4pm, endless days of grey skies, cold & snow imminent” thing really gets to me.

But here we are, we’ve made it through, and another spring is here! The trees will bloom, the wildlife will venture out from shelter, and the days will be longer. Here’s what I’m looking forward to this spring:

Spring

Flowers, green, plants

Ducks

New families

WFAS Dylan

Opening day at your local farm sanctuary!

AR Books

Learning more about how I can be the best voice I can for the animals.

Being able to wear my message without hiding it under layers of clothing

Spring is sometimes seen as a new beginning; a rebirth. Let’s all take the changing of the seasons as an opportunity for new resolve, new ideas, and new alliances. Meet new people at a vegan meetup. Read about different perspectives on a vegan blog. Take a vegan cooking class or join a vegan book club. Dare we suggest stepping out of your comfort zone? (If not now, when?)

How will you bloom this season?
