Sorry Kashi. I know you are trying really hard to be "great tasting healthy" food and I want to give you props for that, I do. But this pizza of yours kinda sucked. Oh, it sounds good I'll give you that much. "Sicilian Veggie made with eggplant, curly kale, fire roasted red peppers,& caramelized onions with a balsamic-infused white bean tomato sauce on a stone-fired crust made with Kashi 7 whole grains & sesame with flax seed." Doesn't it sound spectacular? But sadly the taste wasn't all that special. The crust was a bit harder than other crusts I've had from a frozen pizza before. I didn't mind that too much but I did mind the large pieces of eggplant (all 6 of them) that seemed out of place on the pizza. They were too large of pieces (for me) and really didn't have a flavor. Ohmygosh this stuff is good! I got to taste a spoonful of the vanilla bean. It was so silky, so creamy and so vanilla-y. It was perfect.
Overall our testers (myself included) were really happy with the products from Cactus and Ivy and would (totally) recommend them to others. Not only do they work, they smell great and they are 100% VEGAN!
