Ravioli is one of those comfort foods.  Hot, hardy, only a bit spicy, and goes well with whatever your favorite beverage is, and for some reason, (for me anyway) is fully completed by an ice cream dessert.

But I digress.  This SoyBoy Ravioli is good stuff.  SoyBoy offers Verde, spinach pasta, Rosa, tomato pasta, and Original durum pasta.  I find the Verde and Rosa, as with most flavored pastas, to be a bit firm for my taste, and, I don’t know if it’s just me, but I can never taste the “spinach” or “tomato” in these types of pastas.

I will say that the tofu filling in all is quite delicious.  They are all flavored slightly different, but all good and tasty.

Prep cannot be easier.  Boil pasta- about 10 minutes.  Heat your favorite sauce.  And serve!
