Grocery haul

So I washed, minced, diced and chopped until everything for the week was all set.  I made my morning cereal, pates for lunches, cut veggies for snacks, and soups for dinner.  I roasted red peppers and made marinated onions.  I even cut up the dog veggies.  I feel so productive.  It’s great.  Hopefully this means that I won’t be rushing around like a madwoman in the mornings before work.  We’ll see, I will keep you posted.

Today I made some wraps out of savoy cabbage leaves, marinated onions, roasted red peppers, tomatoes, sunflower seed pate and tofu.  It was simply scrumptious.
