The Gatehouse Bistro and Gallery in Cumberland will host this month’s Earthsave vegan dine out.  The menu will be Carrot & Ginger soup, Black Bean Casserole w/zucchini, tomato, onion, garlic and parsley served with lemongrass jasmine rice.  Yum! For dessert they offer carrot cake w/tofu cream icing.

Makes me want to go for sure!  The event will be held Tuesday, May 26th at 6pm.  The cost of the dinner is $10 – $15.  The evening is by reservation only – please contact Bob at 338 0751 for yours.
