That famously vegan celeb, Natalie Portman (who is, by the way, awesome – AWESOME), is going to be guest judging this week’s elimination round on Top Chef: Las Vegas! The chef’testants are tasked with cooking for Natalie and some friends — but she reveals an interesting twist that makes their mouths drop.
I’m so curious, is it going to be just a vegan challenge? Or, since that’s been done before, is it something….else?

Sooo disappointed with this episode. I understand that it was filmed while she was still vegetarian, but neither she nor the chefs did anything to dispel the terrible stereotypes about veg*n food. Most of the vegans I know would have easily come up with something much better than most of those “professionals” did. It was embarrassing for them.
