Name: Kyle Kranz aka @kylekranz

Self-proclaimed bio: During my freshmen year of high school I topped out at 5’7 230 pounds. Suffering from depression, self injury, and suicidal thoughts. Now I am a senior nutrition student at South Dakota State University. I am a 145 pound vegan Soul Triathlete and Ultramarathoner, I love to help and inspire people whenever I can with issues relating to nutrition, weight loss, and general wellness :) As of writing this my longest triathlon was 140.6 miles and my longest continuous run/race was 70 miles.

You should know that: “I became a vegetarian 5 years ago, and a vegan about 1.5 years ago, and in the last year I have been practicing more raw foodism. I grew up on a dairy farm and one of my most fond memories of my father and of being plant based is visiting my parents one weekend from school and being surprised by them using  Morning Star meat subs when preparing dinner. He even said they were pretty good!”
