What's in this post

I have re-fallen in love with my juicer!

I couldn’t exactly tell you why I haven’t pulled my juicer out before today, but I’ll bet it has something to do with what a pain it is to clean. Then again, I have a crappy juicer.

But never mind that now, this juice is spectacular! It tastes like a special chewy candy that rhymes with “jar burst,” which makes no sense, I know. Stranger still, this juice tastes like strawberries, but there are no strawberries in it.

It’s rather amazing.

Strawberry Fruitburst Juice

A fruit juice blend that tastes like candy.

Ingredients

  • 1 peach
  • 2 granny smith apples
  • 1/2 pint blueberries
  • 2 large pieces of pineapple (about 2 cups worth)

Instructions

  1. Using a juicer, beginning with the blueberries and peaches, juice fruit. Next, juice the pineapple and finish with the apples.

It’s incredibly refreshing, particularly on these recent hot as Hade’s days. Go ahead, make one. Then tell me it doesn’t taste like a strawberry star- err, jar burst candy. Find me on Twitter at @yourdailyvegan and share your thoughts!

We are having the same love affair! I don’t even bother to buy juice for the kids. Just ask them what they want, and pop it into the juicer. Have been loving the peaches, but soon apples will happily take over! Just had my first Honey Crisp…. be still my vegan heart! (swoon!)
