Vegan Bites

Although it’s been out awhile, I’ve never reviewed Vegan Bites: Recipes for Singles by Beverly Lynn Bennett.  It’s a vegan cookbook geared towards “young adult” vegans and those who are looking to preparing meals themselves.  I’m not entirely sure what being young has to do with it, I think what Bennett meant is that this book is for folks who are not cooking for families and new to vegan cooking.  Regardless, the book is filled with tips, nutritional information, and recipes anyone could easily make.

Reviews on Amazon say things like:

  • “Naturally delicious recipes for 1-2 person households”
  • “Not just for 20-something vegans!”
  • “Must-have vegan cookbook”
  • “Great book for beginner vegans (beginner cooks) that are cooking for one”

So there you have it.  An easy vegan cookbook that offers up single-sized portions of food to please all types of palates and I want to give you a copy.
