2nd Annual Plant-Based Food Festival in River City Starts Tomorrow

Anyone in the Memphis, TN area should check out its 2nd annual Plant-Based Food Festival at Overton Park from June 21-23.  Advance tickets are only $5, $7 at the door, and children under 12 get in free!  You can also purchase a 3-day pass for a discount of $10.  This is a family event that focuses on educating the community on the health benefits of eating plant-based.  Some features of the festival are workshops, a 5K walk/run, live music, eco-friendly product demonstrations, and of course, food sampling!
