I had this today and it kinda sucked.

Sorry Kashi.  I know you are trying really hard to be "great tasting healthy" food and I want to give you props for that, I do.  But this pizza of yours kinda sucked.  Oh, it sounds good I'll give you that much. "Sicilian Veggie made with eggplant, curly kale, fire roasted red peppers,& caramelized onions with a balsamic-infused white bean tomato sauce on a stone-fired crust made with Kashi 7 whole grains & sesame with flax seed." Duh, American Dietetic Association, duh.

The American Dietetic Association has now released an "updated" position paper stating that "appropriate planned vegetarian diets are healthful and may help in disease prevention and treatment."  Gee, it's healthy, you think? Did you know that potatoes are very low in saturated fat, cholesterol and sodium?  They are!  Plus, a potato is a good source of Vitamin B6, Potassium, copper and an excellent source of Vitamin C.  You want more?  Ok, potatoes are a good source of complete protein.  Meaning, the tuber has all the essential amino acids (in proper proportions) needed to make a complete protein, making the potato a high-quality protein. But the best part about the potato?  The taste of course!  The potato has been touted as one of the most versatile vegetables on our dinner tables.  [...]
