More “news” on Swine Flu….

Jane Velez-Mitchell, a reporter for CNN, brings us this breaking news on Swine Flu telling us that her report is "the story that no one else is telling you."

Jane Velez-Mitchell, a reporter for CNN, brings us this breaking news on Swine Flu telling us that her report is “the story that no one else is telling you.”  Ahem, well, I said it yesterday.  See?  I told you that I could save us tons of money in research!

And you know what?  To me it’s just plain common sense.  It shouldn’t take a scientist to tell you that cramming (see: overcrowding) animals in filthy conditions and manipulating their biological functions (through the use of light or lack thereof, steroids, antibiotics, growth hormones, starvation, and fear to name a few) will create disease.  It shouldn’t, but apparently it does.
