Your Daily Vegan's Featured Links Du Jour, what's on the menu this Monday?

In this article

  • Breaking news, Galaxy Nutrition introduces a new Vegan Rice “Cheese” Block.  Vegans love their cheesy and melty alternatives to dairy, you know?
  • Although, I appreciate Cruz’s review of The Kind Diet, the review she wrote is not a thoughtful look at the vegan diet.  Cruz states that the diet “is not practical for everyone” because she is a college student that finds it, “already difficult to find healthy and inexpensive food on campus,” and she cannot, “imagine how much harder it would be to become vegan.”  The problem, she says, is that the campus has limited food options.  How about telling someone you want healthy vegan food as an option?  But really, isn’t it time to be thinking beyond our own convenience?
