Happy Saturday my YDV’ers! Hope everyone had the chance to sleep in.  I did.  Ah, it was glorious! Then, because it was 10am my 3 little doggies decided that it was time for me to get up.  I awoke to one diggin’ to China on the pillow next to me, one underneath the blanket jumping around because she was excited someone was diggin’ to China and one laying still looking directly into my now open eyes.

So, I got up.  I ran (yay!) and now I’m enjoying my breakfast.  Which, for those who want to know, consists of a coconut breakfast cake with banana slices, 2 slices of tofu and freshly pressed strawberry/cucumber juice.  I am content.

I thought before I go out to do yardwork (!) I would leave ya’ll with some reading material.  I haven’t decided if YDV will be doing the Morning News Roundups on the weekends yet so if you miss that on Saturday and Sunday you can tell me.  That will help me make a decision on what to do.
