A plant-based restaurant that is enjoyed by vegans as well as meat-eaters may sound like a dream for some. How about said restaurant offering fast food, classic diner food, and comfort food that is not only healthy, but plant-based?

Believe it or not, this restaurant is actually a reality that goes by the name Veggie Grill. More awesomely, the Los Angeles-based chain restaurant was recently named as one of the fastest growing companies of the year by Forbes in their article, “15 Explosively Growing Companies to Watch This Year.” Forbes stated, “With its novel spin on vegetarian food, Veggie Grill manages to satisfy even the most discerning palettes sing with freshness and joy.”

Having raised over $20 million, and with its revenue up more than 100%, Veggie Grill is taking the “fast food” industry by storm.
