Kristina DeMuth, MPH, RDRegistered Dietitian
Kristina DeMuth, MPH, RD is a plant-based dietitian who received a degree in both nutrition and psychology from the College of Saint Benedict and a Masters of Public Health degree from the University of Minnesota. Kristina has been involved with nutrition-related work in Haiti, and conducted her master’s research in Uganda. She is a blogger at Moxie Musing, where she advocates for conscientious living, shares her global travel adventurous, and provides plant-based eating tips.
Anya Todd
Anya ToddRegistered Dietitian
Anya Todd RD, LD is a registered, licensed dietitian specializing in vegan nutrition, receiving her BS in nutrition from Case Western Reserve University. Anya holds additional training certificates in adult and pediatric weight management from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, along with a certification in plant-based nutrition.  She teaches the Maternal & Pediatric Nutrition course as well as a Sports Nutrition course for the Wellness Forum Institute of Health Studies and also sits on their Health Advisory Board. Additionally, she serves as the State of Ohio’s coordinator of the Vegetarian Nutrition Dietetic Practice Group of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Anya is the co-author to some of the nutritional content found on Your Daily Vegan, including the Vegan Protein Guide and the Frequently Asked Vegan Nutrition Questions.

Anne-Marie Campbell is a vegan athlete and animal rights activist. She has been a competitive athlete since the age of 9, and currently trains in martial arts, with a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do. Her mission is to spread awareness and information about the vegan lifestyle while leading by example. She is the Founder of, A Vegan Resource and Lifestyle Blog. Her motto is “Eat Kind Be Strong”.
