Anya ToddRegistered Dietitian
Anya Todd RD, LD is a registered, licensed dietitian specializing in vegan nutrition, receiving her BS in nutrition from Case Western Reserve University. Anya holds additional training certificates in adult and pediatric weight management from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, along with a certification in plant-based nutrition. Anya teaches the Maternal & Pediatric Nutrition course as well as a Sports Nutrition course for the Wellness Forum Institute of Health Studies and also sits on their Health Advisory Board. Additionally, she serves as the State of Ohio’s coordinator of the Vegetarian Nutrition Dietetic Practice Group of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
Bridgette Leeson is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) and Certified Raw Foods Chef. Bridgette is passionate about making food fun and accessible. She believes what we eat has a huge impact on how we feel and supports a holistic approach to nutrition. Experimenting in the kitchen, sharing new recipes and enjoying new culinary experiences with friends is what she’s all about. Fun fact: Bridgette is always seeking out fun ways to stay active—trying out everything from circus school to testing out her indoor cycling teacher abilities!
Anne-Marie Campbell is a vegan athlete and animal rights activist. She has been a competitive athlete since the age of 9, and currently trains in martial arts, with a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do. Her mission is to spread awareness and information about the vegan lifestyle while leading by example. She is the Founder of MeatFreeAthlete.com, A Vegan Resource and Lifestyle Blog. Her motto is “Eat Kind Be Strong”.
