Reviews

“Chloe’s cheerful voice is ever present in Chloe’s Kitchen and her dishes are inspired.  During my first flip-through of the book (I have since read it cover to cover) I flagged so many recipes to try that it looked like a Post-It tree was growing out of the book.” – Gretchen. Chloe’s Kitchen Book Review.” Balanced Grettie. 2 April 12

“Her cupcakes are amazing as are many of her other recipes. Our particular favorites are the falafel sliders, the trio of Indian dishes, and the mac & cheese.” – Chris Hayes. “Chloe’s Kitchen: 125 Easy, Delicious Recipes for Making the Food You Love the Vegan Way.” San Fransisco Book Review.

“Chloe’s cookbook is a comprehensive collection of interesting vegan appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches, sides, entrees and desserts. You’ll surely find something you can’t wait to whip up. I had a terrible time narrowing down my to-dos.” – Lisa Pitman. A Taste from Chloe’s Kitchen.” Vegan Culinary Crusade. 27 April 12

“…with such exquisite photography, readers are sure to be inspired to dive right into all of the recipes!” – Gail. Book Review + Giveaway. Chloe’s Kitchen.” Hungry Vegan. 16 April 12

“Have waited so long for Chloe’s Kitchen and highly recommend it. It does not disappoint. A few friends and I chose different recipes to make for a weekend get together and every single recipe turned our great. There wasn’t a single failure. They taste as great as the photographs shown. Whoever did the photography, you did a great job! This is not just for vegans! We have evolved into veganism, and have friends who are meat and potato eaters, who love great vegan food. And that is one reason I will highly recommend this vegan cookbook. It has great recipes that taste as good as the photo shows. Please read the Foreword written by Neal D. Barnard M.D. because it has some valuable information to dispel concerns some may have in regard to getting enough protein and other nutrients when eating vegan. The book has a wonderful Vegan Pantry section, with items even the grocery stores in my area of the California Sierras carry. There is even a good Gluten Free and Soy Free Cooking area that I appreciated because we have friends with gluten and soy food sensitivities. Its the first vegan cookbook I have purchased where the author has taken the time to have this section in a cookbook.” – Elizabeth, Amazon
