“As you can tell we are really liking this cookbook. It has great pictures. Even though ours don’t quite look like the book they certainly tasted like they could have been the pictures in the book. There are nice cooking time charts for various things you may want [to] make in your instant pot which is super helpful. Even the text at the start of recipes (which we know most people skip) [is] helpful and informative. We would recommend this book to anyone just as much as we’d recommend an instant pot to anyone. Do yourself a favor and get both!” – Jenna, Jazzed for Veggies. “Cookbook Review: The Vegan Instant Pot Cookbook by Nisha Vora.” 20 October 2019
