Donna Klein is the author of The Mediterranean Vegan Kitchen, The PDQ Vegetarian Cookbook, Vegan Italiano, The Gluten-Free Vegetarian Kitchen, The Tropical Vegan Kitchen, and Supermarket Vegan.
